The Boise Trans Collective
The Boise Trans Collective books DIY and large venue events to raise funds for Trans members of our community. We book from basements to The Knitting Factory and everything in between (always all ages)! We book Benefit shows but try and give as much money to touring acts as possible because without them we can’t exist. We also do art show events to promote local trans artists as well as source all of our poster artists from the community. We can also provide free space to sleep and potentially food! The Foxhole
We're a little basement spot in north Boise. Space has 2 bathrooms and has fit 60+ people before. Usually we book shows with the Boise Trans Collective, but are open to hosting our own. Have had everything from acoustic solo acts to hardcore to emo. Ran by queer people, and usually hosting queer musicians. All $$$ goes to musicians and those helping with the show (like booking groups we work with). Always all ages. Can also sometimes help with hosting touring peeps in the extra bedroom. The Basement
The Basement is Southeast Idaho’s premiere music venue. We host local and out-of-state bands every weekend. This all ages venue provides everyone with a home and community of musicians and music lovers. Come enjoy the ambiance of the venue as well as the talents of our musicians.
