Public Space One
We are an all ages, alt art space that hosts & have hosted DIY events for nearly two decades in Iowa City, IA. We book all genres of music, theatre, or performance art in our spaces (we own three historic houses in downtown Iowa CIty) and other (established to house) venues in IA. We take the safe space ethos seriously and do not tolerate intolerance of any sort. We also run a print shop, a media arts coop, an artist residency program, and zine library (among other things).
